Not every pumpkin variety may be included in your order. Pumpkins have different harvest dates. Orders delivered in November will have a larger variety of pumpkins that those delivered in October.

Every Snow Hill Farms collection is thoughtfully curated using premium heirloom and specialty pumpkins grown on our family farm in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Our collections are available for a limited time each fall.
Deliveries typically begin in late September and continue throughout October, depending on harvest conditions. Because our pumpkins are grown in limited quantities, we encourage customers to reserve early.

Return & Refund Policy
Refund & Return Policy
At Snow Hill Farms, every heirloom pumpkin collection is hand-selected from our annual harvest and curated specifically for each customer. Because our products are seasonal, perishable, and reserved in advance, the following policy applies.
Ordering & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your collection and delivery date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery.
Orders that are not paid in full by the final payment deadline may be canceled at the discretion of Snow Hill Farms. Any deposits previously paid will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve pumpkins specifically for each customer, all deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While deposits cannot be refunded, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes to your delivery date if availability allows.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of pumpkins and seasonal agricultural products, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available after delivery except in the case of pumpkins that were significantly damaged during transportation.
Quality Guarantee
Every collection is carefully hand-selected to provide an exceptional mix of heirloom and specialty pumpkins.
If your order arrives with pumpkins that were damaged during delivery or do not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the affected pumpkins.
If approved, Snow Hill Farms may, at its discretion:
Replace damaged pumpkins (subject to availability)
Provide a partial refund
Issue a credit toward a future purchase
Natural Variation
Each collection is intentionally unique.
Pumpkin varieties, colors, sizes, textures, shapes, and quantities of individual varieties will naturally vary based on seasonal growing conditions and harvest availability. Website photographs represent the style and quality of our collections but are not an exact representation of the pumpkins you will receive.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring a safe delivery location.
Once a collection has been delivered to the agreed-upon location, Snow Hill Farms is not responsible for damage caused by weather, theft, animals, improper handling, or relocation.

Local Delivery
Snow Hill Farms proudly offers local delivery of our premium heirloom and specialty pumpkin collections throughout the greater Chattanooga area.
Because every collection is hand-selected and carefully loaded, we personally deliver each order to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Delivery Areas
We currently provide local delivery throughout Southeast Tennessee and surrounding areas.
If your business or residence is located outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for availability and a custom delivery quote.

Delivery Schedule
Our annual pumpkin harvest typically begins in late September, with deliveries continuing throughout October.
Customers may request a preferred delivery window during checkout. While we will make every effort to accommodate requested dates, delivery schedules are subject to harvest timing, weather conditions, and route availability.
Delivery Day
You will receive advance notification prior to delivery.
Please ensure there is a safe, accessible location where your collection can be unloaded. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will place your pumpkins in the designated location provided during checkout.
Installation
Snow Hill Farms provides delivery only.
We do not offer decorating or installation services, allowing you and your team to create a display that best fits your space and style.
Product Care
To maximize the life of your pumpkins:
Display in a cool, shaded location whenever possible.
Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water.
Handle pumpkins carefully to prevent bruising or damage.
Decorative pumpkins generally last longer when protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Weather
Harvest and delivery schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If a schedule change becomes necessary, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new delivery date.
